Program Overview

Thank you for taking the time to understand your body and nervous system. Here is the program I have created. The Nervous System Reset Program is a structured 12-month program designed to optimize nervous system function, improve neuromuscular balance, and enhance metabolic resilience. This program integrates chiropractic neurology, fascia release, neuromuscular function restoration, brain-based therapies, and metabolic interventions to create a comprehensive reset of the nervous system and metabolic system.

Program Phases

Month 1: Acute Phase (4 weeks)

Goal: Address spinal restrictions, nervous system impingements, and metabolic dysregulation.

Methods:

  • Chiropractic neurology to restore nervous system function
  • Fascia release (myofascial release, massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, fascia stretching)
  • Neuromuscular function restoration (Golgi Tendon Organ & Muscle Spindle Firing Patterns)
  • Brain-based therapies to optimize posture, muscle tone, and nervous system balance
  • Mitochondrial support using targeted supplementation and red light therapy
  • Metabolic reset through liver and gut detox protocols
  • Reading of the book Good Energy by Casey Means to understand chronic inflammation and pain
  • MTHFR Genetic Testing

Month 2: Maintenance Phase (4 weeks)

Goal: Continue nervous system balancing and metabolic optimization.

Methods:

  • Twice-a-week visits for neuromuscular and nervous system
    therapies
  • Electrical stimulation therapy for neuromuscular function, recovery,
    and performance
  • Cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) to support mood, sleep,
    and stress
  • Vitamin deficiency testing- Cyrex laboratories
  • Autophagy activation through intermittent fasting and specific
    nutrients
  • Mitochondrial repair using:
      • Glucose monitoring to understand insulin heath
      • Chelated mineral program for enhanced cellular function
      • Liver cleanse to support detoxification and mitochondrial

    efficiency

Month 3: Reinforcement Phase (4 weeks)

Goal: Solidify gains in nervous system function and metabolic resilience.

Methods:

  • Continued nervous system balancing and postural optimization
  • Introduction of mitophagy strategies to remove dysfunctional mitochondria
  • Fascia and lymphatic system optimization for deeper detoxification
  • Brain retraining and neuroplasticity exercises

Long-Term Maintenance

  • First 6 Months: Active care with structured therapies
  • Last 6 Months: Maintenance phase with visits once every two weeks
  • Ongoing metabolic and mitochondrial optimization through periodic detoxes and biohacking interventions
